Applications for the 2025 Program

The Leadership Foundry (TLF) program helps participants develop the core competencies needed to successfully serve on a corporate board. The twelve-month program includes the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) AccelerateTM training, a six-month virtual training curriculum, as well as support for NACD certification study group sessions, training and networking events to make meaningful connections and build trusted relationships throughout the program.

The TLF cohort may take the Certification Exam after completing training and anytime up to two years after the program launch. After passing, members will earn the NACD Directorship Certification® (NACD.DC™). In addition, the cohort member receives a 2-year NACD membership, and once certified, can gain visibility on the Equilar board candidate database used by recruiters for board positions. Cohort members become part of a strong network of TLF Alumnae.

Application Fee: $100.00 (due with application)

The application deadline is 11:59pm ET on Friday, June 20, 2025.

Accepted candidates will be notified at the end of June. Program will start August 18, 2025.
