Applications for the 2023-2024 Program

The Leadership Foundry program helps participants develop the core competencies needed to successfully serve on a corporate board. The six-month program includes an intensive board training session conducted by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), as well as monthly training and opportunities to make meaningful connections and build trusted relationships though networking events.

As a part of TLF, you will gain invaluable experience learning alongside a cohort of your peers.

The TLF cohort may take the NACD Director Professionalism Exam, after virtual training sessions anytime up to two years after the program launch. After passing, members will earn the NACD Directorship Certification® (NACD.DC™). In addition, the cohort gains visibility on both The Leadership Foundry and the Equilar board candidate database, a two-year NACD membership, and a strong, active network of 175 women who are TLF Alumnae.

Application Fee: $100.00 (due with application)
 

 

The application deadline is Midnight on Friday, August 11, 2023.

 

Accepted candidates will be notified in mid-September.

Program Fee: $6,250.00 (due after selection into program)
